What is stress? Stress is “wear and tear” of our body & its caused by constant change in environment. Its can have physical and emotional side effect on us and can leave positive or negative impression on us as well. In positive way, stress can help us lead to take action, it can in a new consciousness and a thrilling new viewpoint. As a negative way it can result in being insecure negative responses, angerand depression. Which can turn in to health related problems such as headaches, stomach problems, rashes, not being able to sleep, ulcers, hypertension and even heart related disease.

Recognizing constant stress and being conscious of its consequence on our lives is not adequate for reducing its damaging effects.Just like how there are many basis of stress,there are possibly hundreds and thousands of concepts for managing, but through a single stroke of luck, I found the way back. I promise you, no matter how you feel right now and no matter how long you’ve suffered;you can get your life back and enjoy happiness again.
